And how can I get her to stop? It’s driving me insane. I can’t sleep, I dread thinking about going to bed. I don’t want to sleep in separate rooms for the rest of this. Earplugs?

I’m not leaving to go sleep in another room, just to let you know. I work for an airline and I have great earplugs, however, the snoring vibrates through my pillow. I don’t plan to make room changes for either one of us. I’m looking for more sound advice, intelligent, medical, and smart suggestions. Thank you kindly. I appreciate the help very much, :o)
WHAT ARE THE THINGS THAT CAN HELP?????

I know I’m overweight because of depression my medicine. It’s very difficult to lose weight, I don’t like annoying people by snoring. When I was younger skinnier, I used to be a silent sleeper. What are the consequences of snoring?

Is there a do it yourself way to stop this? My roommate snores very loudly and sleeps with her mouth open…really wide. How can we at least stop the snoring?

Tabby is a female cat and is 11years old.My cat was overweight about 6 months ago. She was put on perscription diet food by the vet. She lost weight and was back to a healthy weight. She always had some kind of snoring problem or congestion in her nose. Recently, she passed away. Luckily I wasn’t there to see what happened. My brother saw it and said she might have had a heart attack and died instantly. Is there some kind of diagnosis or treatment that I could have prevented?…. I just cant get over it.
