ANTI SNORING FORMULA

um my husband snores at night n i cant fall asleep i have been having to sleep on the floor the past couple of nights i do wear regular earplugs but they are no help at all i have even been taking sleeping pills i did buy him the nose strips thingys for snoring n he does sleep on his side but he still snores i dont know wat to do anymoe

My brother is snoring and i hear him through the walls, When he stops my mother starts snoring i hear her through the other side…ahh Its giving me a headache.

So I took that to mean it symbolizes snoring- does anyone think its sleep?

And the real question - how did zzz come to mean snoring, how are they similar????

is there a cure for snoring? I find myself snoring during winter month, perhaps because of the dryness due to heat. Is there any way to cure this habit. Would a humidifier really help? Is lack of humidity related to snoring. I tried nasal strips and throat sprays, but they do not seem to work
