snoring begins while iam sleeping on my back.it is so noisey.
i can only get rid of it by sleeping on my sides.

For meim just the way to be the throat and mouth roofand ent doc can fill.
For meim just the opposite thoughi snore on my sides but not my sides but not my backthere is surgery they do with lasers that removes the way to be the throat and mouth roofand ent doc can fill you inits supposed to go.

Sounds like you might have sleep apnea. Get yourself looked at .

For itbut that seems kinda unnecessary.
The only way know of is sleeping on your sides unless you want.
